Officina Meccanica B E G is specialized in mechanical pruning machines production - these pruners are very innovative products for cutting any kind of fruit tree.
The success of these machines is represented by the double blade cutting bar, which is the only one existing in the world, thanks to its cutting capacity from a minimum of 0/0 mm up to a maximum of 0/90 mm (3.5 in) – this aspect makes it different from the other ones which are now on the market.
Compared to disc pruners they guarantee many advantages for the trees: they do not damage the cut branch, they do not produce sawdust which obstructs tractor air system and causes illnesses transmission. The cut is very clean, similar to scissors and the operator can work while comfortably seated, without being obliged to have a cabin tractor, since the material which is cut is not scattered in the air but falls to the sides of the tractor. Last but not least these pruners do not consume a lot of fuel and they need a very poor maintenance, if used correctly.
